Learn to meditate with simple techniques from the Buddhist tradition that can help you to enjoy more clarity and calm and enhance helpful emotions like confidence, contentment and compassion.
You don’t need to be a Buddhist to attend most of these courses, classes and events. Meditating can produce many benefits, from reducing stress and improving the quality of life, to accessing clearer states of mind and positive emotions such as love and compassion.

To secure your place on any course please send a cheque (or postal order) for the full amount, £65/ £45, (made payable to FWBO Edinburgh). £10 of this is non-refundable if you are not able to attend for any reason. If you cancel within two weeks of the course start date we will refund 50 percent of the course fee. Alternatively you can transfer your booking and payment at no extra cost to a future course.
