Outline
Each evening will include some brief instruction in meditation and some collective discussion on topics such as: the goal of Awakening and the gradual path that leads there, suffering and its cause, the practice of mindfulness and self development, a Buddhist perspective on ethics, what is meant by ‘insight?’ and the practical function of symbols and ritual.
Tea and coffee are provided.

To secure your place on any course please send a cheque (or postal order) for the full amount, £65/ £45, (made payable to FWBO Edinburgh). £10 of this is non-refundable if you are not able to attend for any reason. If you cancel within two weeks of the course start date we will refund 50 percent of the course fee. Alternatively you can transfer your booking and payment at no extra cost to a future course.
