Practise (for men)

Outline

If you have attended one of our introductory meditation classes and would like an opportunity to continue and deepen your mediation practise in the context of a men only group you will be very welcome.

 You don’t need to be a Buddhist to attend these courses.  Meditating can produce many benefits, from reducing stress to improving the quality of life. 

 

Please bring a vegetarian packed lunch; tea and coffee are provided.

Booking

To secure your place on any course please send a cheque (or postal order) for the full amount (made payable to FWBO Edinburgh). £10 of this is non-refundable if you are not able to attend for any reason. If you cancel within two weeks of the course start date we will refund 50 percent of the course fee. Alternatively you can transfer your booking and payment at no extra cost to a future course.
