Clear Mind, Compassionate Heart:
A six week introductory course in meditation
Wednesdays from Feb. 8th 7.30pm - 9.30pm £65 (£45 conc.)
On the course we will introduce two meditation practices, one in which we focus on the breath to help develop more calm, concentration and awareness and the other in which we evoke, ‘positive emotions;’ such as warmth, care, confidence and appreciation for others. Each evening will include some practice and some discussion of the subtle principles involved.
Learning to Meditate:
A brief one day introductory course in meditation.
