Thursdays 7pm-9.30pm at the centre


Suitable for all, especially those busy, stressed or tired. Small group, friendly environment.

Taught by an experienced meditator accredited by the Breathworks organisation. Mindfulness-based skills will help you manage busyness and stress and live in the present moment rather than dwell in the past or worry about the future.

Learn:

The ‘being’ mode antidote to rushing and ‘having no time, three meditation techniques for a calmer body and mind. And more freedom of choice in how you respond to situations.


Cost : £120 (£95 concessions).
Includes three meditation CDs for home practice and course workbook.

In a small friendly group setting you will learn:

A sequence of gentle mindful movement exercises : How to meditate lying down, Back breathing, Habitual attitudes we have towards our backs, How to ease physical and mental pain.

It is suitable for those with or without meditation experience.
